The Spring 2008 U.S. Market Risk Index released by PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. forecasts solid local conditions for the next two years. The recent article in the Rocky Mountain News, while still promotes caution, also provides a level of optimism, stating that the Denver-Aurora MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area) is on of the better markets - and 50 large metropolitan areas were tracked.
